Meet at 10.30am at the Quayside Cafe aat Glasson Dock (formerly known as The Lantern O'er Lune), Tithebarn Hill, LA2 0BY, Tel; 01524 752323. Grid Ref; SD 445 562. Walk will go via the coast to Cockersands Abbey and the rive Conder and canal back to Glasson.  Approx 7.5 miles.
