Meeting at 10.30am at Brockholes Wetlands Nature Reserve visitor centre, Preston New Road, PR5 0AG (SD 586309).  Follow signs to Brockholes from the roundabout at the junction with the M6 junction 31 slip road.  There is a car park charge at the visitor centre, but there is some free parking on the approach road.  Walk will go through Boilton Wood, past Red Scar, Haighton House, then joining the Guild Wheel to head back to Brockholes.  Approx 7 miles.
