Mid-Week Walking Meet - Sizergh

Meeting at 10.30am at Low Sizergh Barn Farm cafe, Sizergh, Kendal, LA8 8AE. Tel: 01539 560426.  GR: 502 875.  Directions:  Take the M6 north to Jct 36, then the A590 heading north.  Take the left junction onto the A591, and in about 250 yards turn right and follow the lane down to the cafe car park.  The walk will head towards Levens Bridge then across and up towards Hincaster Hall and towards Sedgwick and Larkrigg.  Returning along the river to Sizergh.  Approx 6-7 miles,
