Meet at 10.30 a.m. on the Arnside promenade near the jetty.  Grid ref. 456 787. Park either along the prom or in the lower car park. We then walk for about a mile along the coast to the 'Bob In' cafe at New Barns, getting there about 10.50 a.m. for our customary refreshments. 'Bob In'  cafe,  New Barns, LA5 0BN - tel: 01524 762363 , grid ref.  442 778.   We then walk round the coast to Far Arnside, then Arnside Tower, The Knott, then back to the car park.  C. 6 - 6.5 miles.
